The pushback arrives again, only now it’s less polite and more procedural, so you’ll have to hold the line without giving anyone a loophole. The pivot is the Sun at 14.18° Libra still opposing Saturn at 11.07° Aries (orb 3.12°), but Mercury at 8.75° Scorpio tightening into conjunction with Venus at 8.15° Scorpio (orb 0.6°) turns the standoff into a negotiation about terms, not tone. When the landlord’s agent offers a “small” rent clause change by email, reply with your exact wording and insist it goes through the solicitor.
